Who are we?

Management Systems: Coaching, Training, Consulting» (MSC.am) is the professional practice of Marina Poghosyan, an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

With over 20 years of international experience, Marina has guided leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, and organizations across regions and cultures, always adapting her work to the specifics of each client. Her approach combines leadership mindset coaching, business consulting, and organizational innovation recovery, delivering clear and sustainable results.

Our History

After more than a decade of working as a trainer, I was faced with a difficult reality: studies show that only 10–20% of learning is retained over time; knowledge was not being translated into real change.

In 2011, I discovered coaching. When training was combined with further coaching, learning became action and sparked a deep interest in understanding how the brain and mental habits shape our personalities. I realized that in order to develop as leaders and simply as people, we must move from automatic mode to conscious choices.

This path led me to the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification and became the foundation of my work today.
