After years in corporate consulting, I stepped into the coaching world and found myself drawn to one question: why do people struggle to change even when they know what to do?
As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), I discovered the answer lies in the brain. Most people aren’t aware that the patterns holding them back are simply mental habits. They search for solutions everywhere else — but real change starts in the way we think.
